'American Idol' Alledgedly Inviting Rihanna & Chris Brown to Duet On Show
And the big breaks just keep coming for Chris Brown. Now it looks like he may reunite with ex-girlfriend (and domestic assault victim) Rihanna for an "American Idol" performance.
"They want Chris and Rihanna to reunite on the show," a source tells E! News. It would be the pair's first public appearance together since 2009 when Brown was arrested and charged with assaulting Rihanna at a pre-Grammy Awards party. They did recently team up for a remix of Rihanna's song "Birthday Cake," which drew harsh criticism from many of Rihanna's fans. "It's not true," a rep for Rihanna tells E! of the rumored duet. We're also going to guess that the idea is even less attractive to "Idol" honchos now that Brown has been accused of snatching a fan's iPhone and driving away from a Miami nightclub with it. http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethe...idol-duet.html
