It's been so long since I've watched the show but I found them all funny. I think Geoffrey or Will might of been the funniest.

TVFACTFAN is right they were all funny in their own way but the reason viewers tuned in was for the main actor in the series aka will smith he was like a light skin version of jj evans from good times he was always acting a fool, uncle phill was a serious man he was never really funny unless he made some funny one liners i think he scared folks whn he got pssed at the kids in other words hilary,will and carlton he seldon got mad at ashly the only episode he was angry was when she changed schools she wanted to go to public school,carlton was just will's tag along cousin who was sheltered from the outside world he is most famous for his dance moves from the song its not unusual to be loved by anyone that makes me laugh out loud, jeffrey brought nothing to the show he said funny things here in their but nothing that will be remembered, jazz was cool but not really funny he had no personality he was always hitting on hilary who was stuck up and dident want to date him cause he was a bum from the ghetto its a fact that a rich woman wont date a poor guy who lives in an apartment lol

In the early seasons Will was the funniest, and in the later seasons Carlton was the funniest. Jazz was also hilarious as well. Uncle Phil and Geoffrey also had their moments.

Wow, I can't believe Carlton is winning.

I'd say Will was the funniest and Carlton 2nd. BTW, this is the best work Will Smith has ever done. I think his movies SUCK but he was great in Fresh Prince!

It should've gone on for another 3 or 4 season and James Avery said it could've if Will wanted to do it!
