Best Season Finales - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

In the 90's, season finales became very important to boost the ratings. Here are the ones's that I think are the best:

1. Friends-London(1998)
2. Friends-Vegas(1999)
3. Friends-the wedding(2001)
4. Friends-the beach-(1997)
5. Cheers-I Do,Adieu(1987)
6. Cheers-Rescue Me(1985)
7. Frasier-Daphne's Wedding(2000)
8. Will and Grace(2001)
9. Cheers-Strange Bedfellows(1986)
10. Friends-the engagement(2000)
11. Spin City (2000)
12. Jesse (1999)
13. Just Shoot Me (1999)

All of these are NBC shows. That's because NBC cares more about season finales than the other networks. Shows like Everybody Loves Raymond don't have these big season finales. Well what does everyone else think?

It's true NBC does try to make a big splash with season finales, but the Friends season finale this year didn't really like, it seems as though they tried to hard to make a cliffhanger, when it should have been just a joyous wedding, that was enough, the Rachel pregnancy doesn't fit, who is she sleeping with? And her reaction to the finding of the pregnancy test was wrong, anybody would given a slight hint, even with a facial expression. The Buffy season finale rocked! So did girlfriends, that was a very good deal to have her sleep with her boyfriend, it was unexpected and it makes me anxious for this coming season.

I thought the Rachel bit was perfect and what made the season finale. I can't wait for season 8 and hopefully there will be a season 9 and 10.

The FELICITY finale rocked! it was great to see that there is maybe a chance of noel and Felicity getting back together.

I don't see what the big deal is w/ season finales. In real life there isn't always a surprise in May!

I loved the MELROSE PLACE finale when Kimberly blew the building sky high!
