Director and Early Teaser-Art for "Cabin Fever" Prequel "Patient Zero"
Cabin Fever Prequel Gets Director; Early Art Revealed

Heat Vision reports that Kaare Andrews (ALTITUDE) will helm the upcoming prequel to Eli Roth's 2002 flesh eating virus flick entitled Cabin Fever: Patient Zero. Written by Jake Wade Wall, of AMUSEMENT and THE HITCHER remake, Patient Zero sees the flesh-eating virus strike the passengers of a Caribbean cruise ship after it collides with an abandoned research vessel. This will lead into Cabin Fever: Outbreak, set on a tropical island, where much to the inhabitants' chagrin, it's not the flu. Hopefully things will go more smoothly for this director, than things went for Ti West on Cabin Fever 2.
