Question Jim Halpert and other Questions

I'm new to The Office. I've been watching it ON DEMAND, as well as on TBS. I'm seeing various years, all over the place. I'm confused about a few things, mostly this....I see Jim Halpert dating a girl in the office, but always has an eye for Pam.

I then see an episode where Jim has jury duty. He blows it off, lies to everyone that he stayed home to help his wife and kids. She even comes in the office with their little kids to make it believable. Finally, Jim and Pam finally hook up and get married, with no mention of another wife and kids. What gives?

Jim is married to Pam - he's never been married before. He did date another girl in the office (Karen) because Pam was engaged and he was trying to move on.

The episode where he lied about jury duty was just on last week.

Yes, I saw it. I'm still wondering who were the wife and kids that he talked about and who came into the office.

The wife was Pam - the kids are their kids. That's a current episode from this season (8). He dated Karen back in season 3.

Thanks. I understand now. I watched the episode when I didn't know who Pam was, so that's why I was confused.

I think Jim and Pam are perfect together. Tom Brady, maybe. They're both hunks, that's for sure. I just love the show. I watched about 20 episodes On Demand and caught a mini-marathon.. I don't know who is the craziest on the show. Michael should be locked up, right next to Dwight, lol. I love Darryl. He's so normal and deadpan. Same for Toby. Good stuff.

I miss the character Jan, she was HOT and was Michael's boss in the earlier seasons. I also liked David Wallace, he was one of the CEO's at the NY branch.

Characters I don't like

Kelly
Darryl
Kevin
Angela

The Office is definitely one of my favorite shows because it doesn't have any of those annoying laugh tracks in the background. Those stupid laugh tracks are in most other sitcoms.

The show is a laugh riot. I miss Michael. Why did Steve Carell leave? The show's not the same for me.

I watched a repeat earlier tonight where Michael and Jan had a dinner party. I thought it was funny. Jan is nuts, well nuttier than the rest of them, lol.

Another one tonight, was Secretary's Day. Andy talks Michael into taking Erin out for lunch. He does and tells her that Andy was engaged to Angela. She came back to the office and went nuts., threw a pie at Andy, screamed at everyone. Just wild and crazy.
