L.A. May not need a relocated team, they'll be getting an expansion team. They'll probably be Team #33 and I think Team #34 should be in Portland, and BOTH Teams should be in the AFC since the NFC has MORE advantage than the AFC.

That would mean, to equalize the number of teams in the two conferences, one AFC team would move to the NFC, if both are to be in the AFC.

I think that equalization shouldn't happen this time, because the AFC is a weaker Conference than the NFC, they have the advantage when it comes to The Super Bowl as well as many teams.(And of the 4 teams that haven't been to The Super Bowl...The Lions are the only ones that are in the NFC that NEVER saw The Super Bowl).
