To refresh memories, Alfredo Prieto was linked by DNA in the spring of 2000 to having been the one who killed Veronica "Tina" Jefferson, Rachael Raver and Warren Fulton III in 1988. Veronica Jefferson was killed in May of 1988 in an Arlington schoolyard shortly after having been seen in the company of a black male. 7 months later, Raver and Fulton would be found shot to death in a wooded area in Reston, Virginia. It was Racheal's mom who thought her daughter and Warren's deaths were somehow linked to Veronica's murder after watching Veronica's case on Unsolved Mysteries. Veronica's case was featured on November 1, 1989 and the Raver/Fulton case on August 29, 2001. |
