There are so many, but I recently remembered one that was classic Gilligan:

From Rescue from Gilligan's Island

They're back home and Gilligan and the Skipper go to the Professor's university lab to ask about an insurance matter regarding the Minnow.

The Professor takes the paper and says: "Skipper, your insurance company is Vindictive and Ruthless."

to which Gilligan replies, 'No it's not, Professor; it's Pacific & Western!"

There was an unintentionally funny line in the movie "Into The Wild." It was in regards to this girl who had a crush on the guy. The line went something like this:

"You might want to take her up on it. She's so horny that if you don't, she's gonna be attached to that fence post before long."

Hahaha!!! I'm paraphrasing of course, but it was something to that effect. That was a very emotional movie, and so I can remember that line completely throwing me for a loop. lol

Btw, for those who haven't seen the movie, it was a true story, and the guy didn't take her up on her sexual advances since she was only 16, and he was fresh out of College. Thought that was pretty cool!

Star Trek 4 The Voyage home. The Whale DR invite Kirk and Spock out for dinner in the 20th century, Kirk goes, but Spock declines so when he gets out of her truck she says. "You sure you won't change your mind?"
Spock turns to her so cleverly and says. "Is there something the matter with the one I have?"
