A new gelatinous goo incident occurred in the UK. So far, no reports of anyone getting sick.

Hilariously referred to as "Mystery Blue Balls":

Looked these up after reading comments about it on WS, I think.

It's likely a toy similar to paint ball gun ammo, only softer. There's another toy that looks just like the paint ball gun type ammo stuff that kids decorate things with.
