I just published the first volume in a monthly comedy series on Amazon! So far, I haven't had too many hits, but I thought some of you here may be interested in reading it since it was adapted into a novelette based on a sitcom pilot I wrote. It's called "Open House" and is similar to The Golden Girls/Hot In Cleveland/Frasier.
Here is more information if you'd like to take a look! Follow the lives of three generations of women all living under one roof as they clash and collide, break bread and bond. "Open House" is a comedy novelette series with new installments released monthly on every third Thursday. Series One will contain eight volumes released from January through August 2012. This series is a fun and light read, with character and dialogue driven situational comedy. Each volume consists of a self-contained story that anyone with a crazy family can relate to. So join business savvy, level-headed Karen Young, her overbearing and censor-free 68 year-old mother, Hazel Stanford, her chain smoking, pseudo-hippie sister, Nadine Zakarian, and Karen's loveable college drop-out daughter, Megan, as they attempt to co-exist without killing each other. Available Here |

Dorothy: You really haven't grasped the concept of this gay thing yet, have you? Blanche: There must be homosexuals who date women. Sophia: Yeah, they're called lesbians. JACOB |

Congratulations.
It took me 6 years to finish my first book. I think I'll read another one. |

I really wish you the best. I think I may buy a copy. I like to give new authors a chance. I really hope it sells.

Thank you everyone for the positive responses! I have lowered the price in hopes of attracting more readers, so hopefully that helps out.
