I don't know how many of you saw the iCarly episode "iToe Fat Cakes," but Dan Schneider actually showed a clip from the Dick Van Dyke episode "Never Bathe on Saturday," which also unexpectedly influenced Carly Shay to wind up in the same perdicament that Laura Petrie did.

Carly probably wore a bathing suit in this pic.

I remember the first time I saw this show was when my kids were watching it and when I saw the girl, I told my kids she looks like a kid version of Mary Tyler Moore. Being the ages of 4 and 7 at the time, they naturally said: "Who?"; so, it was pretty funny when they told me about this episode.
Maybe one day the'll get MTM to play her Grandma?

Seriously though; I'll bet the episode wasn't as funny as the DVD episode.

Miranda Cosgrove looking like Mary Tyler Moore? Hmm, I'm not so sure about that. If anything I thought she looked more like Fran Drescher.
