Cool How long have you been a fan?

I absolutely Laverne & Shirley! I first watched the show as a fan on February 16th, 1999. I have been a fan of this show for about three years!

I've been a fan since the show first aired on ABC. I remember watching the first episode on the night of January 27, 1976. I continued watching throughout the run of the show. I skipped marching band practice so I could see Shirley get married in the fall of 1982 (before the days when VCR's were a common household item). I was even tuned in on the night ABC aired "Laverne and Shirley" for the final time on May 10, 1983. I've been watching the reruns ever since. Hopefully someday soon, the series will be released on DVD and we can see the episodes unedited!

Since July 2, 1998, the very first night it was ever on N@N. ::sighs:: Those were the days. Circle of Success... the nice BPS song..

The cowboys say "Howdy," and you might say "Yo," but with Lenny and Squiggy it's always "Hello!"
To the Italians it's "Ciao," and the the Brits "Cheerio," but with Lenny and Squiggy it's always "Hello!"
Shalom, what's up, aloha, bon jour, here's what you get if you don't lock your door: "Hello!" "Hello!" "Hello!"

Qo you mean of the series or of the characters?
If you mean of the series then I have been an L&S fan since the
pilot aired. However if you mean the characters Laverne DeFazio
and Shirley Feeney,well then I have been a fan a bit longer,ever
since they first appeared in the Happy Days ep. A Date With
Fonzie.

I haven't been a fan for too long yet....but I'm hooked! I started watching Laverne and Shirley about three or four weeks ago and I'm a fan for life. My best friend and I relate completely to Laverne and Shirley, it's so funny. (She's Laverne and I'm Shirley)

Default Fan since 1980-81

I liked it in the 70's but really got into in the early 80's. My music teacher used to let us watch it in class. It was so cool.

I think the popularity of both HD and L&S has a lot to do with
the 1950s setting. The 1950s were probably the "coolest"
decade in retrospect,at least on tv and in the movies.

I've been a fan since it came to my local channel (GTW in wilmington and philidelphia) in the early 90s. The first episode I saw was "the feminine mistake". I was sooo happy when it came to N@N even tho I missed the circle of success marathon because my dad was on a business trip and i was staying w/ my cousins in the MIDDLE OF NO WHERE WITH NO CABLE. ::sigh:: I started taping the moment I got home when they were on regular times....So you could say Ive been a fan for 10 years, an addict for the past 4.

Like The Facts of LIfe, i remember watching this show and Kate and Allie and One Day at A time when I was little. I remember Happy DAys as well. So i guess i have been a fna since iwas around 5 so that would be 8 years. I have been a fan of Facts for that long too!
