Weezer's Love Affair with '70s TV Shows - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

It is well-documented that the rock band Weezer spoofed a Happy Days episode for their "Buddy Holly" music video, however, I want to point out that they are also fans of The Love Boat because the Weezer Cruise intro scene parodies the opening title theme of the 1977-86 ABC series.

Only time will tell if they'll perform on the Pacific Princess.

Another thing: I wish it were filmed in 24 fps. Then they'd party like it's 1977!

they've also featured the Muppets in the Keep Fishin' video - the Buddy Holly video is GREAT, it was actually included on the Windows 95b set-up disks.
