The other day, I went to Paul Brownstein Productions' website (tvclassics.com) and to my surprise, I noticed some things.

The e-mail link, while it works, is no longer a real e-mail address.

The fax number doesn't direct you to Paul Brownstein Productions, it directs you to the non-fax number of a company called Research Video.

Their old phone number (which is no longer listed on their website) doesn't direct you to the company any longer.

Earlier I sent a fax to Research Video about the short Color Honeymooners sketches. A guy from Research Video called me and said that they have nothing to do with Paul Brownstein and they are not sure if he has a library anymore.

Here is the kicker. The guy said that MPI is going to put these episodes on home video. I doubt that seriously since it's not on their websites and when I e-mailed them in 2010, they said that they contacted the Gleason estate to get the rights for these episodes but weren't able to.

Just thought I would post this in case if anybody goes to tvclassics.com in hopes of contacting Paul Bronstein Productions as well as the few people who want to see those sketches.

The email address does still work.

the link on the site for clip licensing, it goes to another page & explains all of this...

I do hope that that guy from Research Video was correct when he said that MPI is planning to release those episodes.

Well, I jsut called MPI and the person who I spoke to on the phone claimed that they have no Honeymooners releases for the entire year of 2012. Turns out that the guy from Research Video was either lying or wrong. What a shame. May mean that the only person who has these is the Gleason estate.
