I remember seeing this episode and thinking that it was the freakiest, weirdest case I have ever seen.
All I can recall is that it was about a man (from Canada, I believe) who was a Foreman at a construction site. He left suddenly, quitting his job and then drove all over the U.S. zig zagging from state to state. He was apparently afraid of someone and was running from them. He was found dead in a parking lot and his money was strewn all over the place. I really want to know which case this is, and if there are any updates. |

IMO he behaved like someone who had bipolar disorder, along with paranoia,(paranoia being due to lack of sleep). His actions made no sense, even if someone had been following him, which I don't believe they were.I think in his illness,he just aggravated the wrong person and ended up dead.
I read the other thread on this, and although some one said they knew him and he didn't have a mental illness, well,if he had BPD type II,then yes,he could have been mentally ill,and it just wasn't apparent until symptoms got worse.JMO. |

I wish we knew WHY he left Canada.
It's very possible that he got into a fight with a random person and they killed him, but because of his extreme paranoia, it seems more likely that someone was, in fact, following him. *Just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they're not out to get you.* |
