Bravo has picked up the broadcasting rights to air the TNT version of 'Dallas' in Canada starting in June.

Dallas is moving to Canada.

Calm down, sports fans. The series, not a sports team.

Bravo, the Canadian channel owned by Bell Media, has acquired Canadian rights to the new version of Dallas, which originates on the U.S. cable channel TNT.

The new Dallas will debut on Bravo in June.

The original Dallas, of course, was one of the most popular series on TV in the 1980s. The new version will feature original cast members Larry Hagman (J.R. Ewing), Patrick Duffy (Bobby Ewing), Linda Gray (Sue Ellen Ewing) and Charlene Tilton (Lucy Ewing).

Joining those vets will be many newcomers, including Josh Henderson as John Ross Ewing III and Jesse Metcalfe as Christopher Ewing, the now-adult sons of J.R. and Bobby Ewing, respectively.

Bravo also announced that it has acquired Perception, another TNT series, starring Canadian Eric McCormack. It will debut some time in the summer.
