Was Daphne the youngest Moon child?

I have been wondering if Daphne is the youngest Moon child? I have always assumed she was because I thought she had said in an episode that she said she had 8 "older" brothers. I might have misunderstood and she may have just said she had 8 brothers. Please clear this up for me. Was Daphne the baby of the family?

I do remember Simon calling her his "baby" sister on more than one occasion, so that more than likely means she is the baby. Otherwise, he just would have said "little" sister. She was the only girl out of 8 boys, so if that was the case, she was the last child born. Like they kept trying until they had their girl, which was Daphne.
I am pretty sure she was the baby but hopefully someone can clear this up a bit more for me.

I could be wrong, but I don't think they ever really said for sure. I'm thinking some of the clues you guys listed are the clearest clues we got. I think her mother called her "my baby" too... as in "my baby is a virgin." And I'm not sure why she would have 9 kids and only call one her baby unless she was the baby of the family.
** Okay, I checked... her mother's exact quote was "my baby girl's a virgin." Well, that's not so clear, I guess. If she had sisters that would clearly be a sign that she was the youngest, but with her being the only girl, that could almost go either way.

The only other thing is, while I can't place which episode, I think I do remember somewhere Daphne talking about having to take care of some of her brothers. That doesn't seem like something the youngest would do, even if it was a girl.
