ESPN, NBC Sports, CBS Sports, FOX Sports? Who will be the #1 Sports Network in 2012?

Hey guys,

Starting today, VS (Formally known as The Outdoor Channel) is now the NBC Sports Network

Now, NBC Sports Network, CBS Sports Network and FOX Sports Network are all competing against not only each other, but also, their main focus is to compete against The Worldwide Leader in Sports and I'm talking about ESPN

ESPN has been on Cable Television for more than 30 years and also, ESPN is owned by abc and since 1996, abc and ESPN are owned by The Walt Disney Company

But the question is this:

Who will be the #1 Sports Network in 2012?

Will ESPN continue to dominate? or will it be FOX Sports Network, CBS Sports Network or the NEW NBC Sports Network?

That's the Question!

Well, I think its ESPN and it will be until somebody knocks them off there perch. I think NBC Sports Network and FOX/FX will make a run at ESPN but until tv rights are up for grabs and they can take it away from ESPN, ESPN is number 1.

Well don't mean to disappoint ya, but listen to this from another poster:

To be honest, with FOX now getting the deal with Zuffa, it's going to start pushing them further. With all of the events they can have on their networks, plus the Zuffa library that covers Pride FC, WEC, Strikeforce, and all of the old school UFC, it's going to attract a huge and continually growing audience in the MMA fans. ESPN gives very little attention to this sport and to be honest, it's growing more and more as a spectator sport along the lines of the NFL, NBA, etc.

Of course, I'm not a UFC Fan, but also, ESPN these days has gotten too nitpicky

The only time that I would watch ESPN is if it's mostly Monday Night Football and I don't watch too much Sportscenter Either
