1960's to now. For the 2000's, don't put shows that are still airing. You don't have to rank them.

Cheers 2. Who's the Boss (i liked it a lot as a kid!) 3. Family Ties 4. ... '90s 1. Boy Meets World 2. The Nanny 3. Married With Children 4. Seinfeld 5. Friends 00s (i'm considering this anything that aired in the '00s and does not air now) 1. Arrested Development 2. Everybody Loves Raymond 3. Scrubs 4. uh...Will and Grace? 5. ... Now: 1. 30 Rock 2. Parks & Recreation 3. Community 4. Up All Night 5. New Girl (Modern Family would go here or higher if it didnt start to go downhill so quickly) aside from now and the 70s, every decade had a few really good shows and then a bunch of ****, generally speaking. I enjoyed 60's sitcoms as a kid, but now I look at them like...wow, they really did just discover LSD, didn't they? However Munsters. What a damned classic. 70's 1. Three's Company 2. Laverne and Shirley 3. The Mary Tyler Moore Show 4. All in the Family 5. The Jeffersons 6. Happy Days 7. Taxi 80's 1. The Golden Girls 2. Cheers 3. Growing Pains 4. I dunno, Benson was cool 5. omg im looking at the list and they tried to remake everything in the 80's 90's 1. Boy Meets World 2. Home Improvement 3. The Nanny 4. Friends 5. Married With Children 6.
