1960's to now. For the 2000's, don't put shows that are still airing. You don't have to rank them.

aside from now and the 70s, every decade had a few really good shows and then a bunch of ****, generally speaking. (i guess the 90s were ok too)

I enjoyed 60's sitcoms as a kid, but now I look at them like...wow, they really did just discover LSD, didn't they?
However Munsters. What a damned classic.

I feel like they're getting better, but in the 00's (especially the earlier half) they were terrible.

Er, they were getting better anyway. I don't know anymore with stuff like Whitney and Work it happening.
