Has anyone heard any updates from Warner Brothers about a full season set of Chico and The Man? They better release it on DVD considering that they took down the episodes on youtube. Except for the ones on the Television Favorites DVD. I think you can still view those on youtube.

Why do I have the feeling that Warner Brothers is never going to release the entire series on DVD? Yet they don't hesitate to release other shows. I guess they feel that Chico and The Man isn't that great a show. Also, I would think that Freddie Prinze jr. would want to help get his Dad's entire show on DVD. Oh well, at least we have the 6 episodes of the Television favorites. I don't mean to sound bitter. It's just that it doesn't make sense that an entire series of Chico and The Man isn't on DVD. Everytime you email Warner Brothers, they send you a stupid form letter. Or They give you the run a round on their facebook page.

I don't think season sets of Chico and the Man will ever be released on DVD. If you really want to see the show though, you should get the bootleg complete series set.

Is it safe to get the bootleg complete series? I heard some people got ripped off. Also, I'm not sure it's legal to buy a bootleg copy. Just like selling bootleg copies is not legal.

That makes no sense at all. The episodes of CATM are removed from youtube on top of not being on DVD while a show like Sanford and Son has the entire season on Youtube and DVD. Makes no sense
