This got me thinking: Are there any cases that are specific to Christmas or mysteries that took place during the Christmas season?
I seem to remember the sweet story about an old couple that loans like five dollars to a drifter, only to receive 500 dollars for many years after they met the stranger. Any else? |

Merry Christmas all. I have a Christmas case: Jean Hilliard, the lady who froze nearly to death but fully recovered after a prayer chain was sent out.
Oh, my aunt got me the UFO's DVD set. Now I just need the other half of the Bizarre Murders one and the other 4 sets. |

I hope everyone had a great Christmas!
I can think of two more... Philip Palatire was the missing US serviceman that helped some Hungarian refugees right after WW2 and took their little girl Bridgette to a Christmas Party. Also Rhona Hinson was shot and killed on her way home from a Christmas party |

We had a great holiday! Spent Christmas Eve with the extended family at my brother in law's house. Lots of fun... crazy sober people singing carols, all off key, and unfortunately posted to facebook. lol
Little nieces and nephews running around and having fun with their new toys. Santa dropped by for a visit. (family tradition since at least 3 generations on hubby's side. We have a nice Santa suit and the male relatives all take turns being "Santa" each year.) Daughter and Son-in-law's first Christmas as a married couple! On Christmas day, the immediate family visited here. I served home made lasagna, daughter made yummy cherry and strawberry cheese cakes, then we played guitar hero competitions until oldest son whooped our butts cuz he's already beat all the games and we're noobs. lol Now...... gotta clean the whole house cuz of the special messes created by all the festivities, but somehow, I've spent that time on the internet every day instead. ![]() Hope everyone enjoyed their holiday! |
