Nodsmiley Florida & James Would Have Been Arrested For Harboring A Fugitive

Remember the episode when Florida's Nephew Cleatus robbed Dayton Bank In Atlanta, GA...I have a couple of questions:

1. How in the hell did the FBI identified Cleatus by wearing dark sun glasses in the black and white newspaper print?

2. Did Cleatus leave the FBI a forwarding address to the Evans Home if they need to get in contact with him?

3. Also, as Florida being a christian woman, why would she refuse to call the FBI when Cleatus first showed up at the door after finding out he robbed the bank, Florida and James almost let Cleatus leave to get away with robbery by not telling the FBI when Cleatus first showed up at the door, however the Evans only called the police when Cleatus Hi Jacked Michael with the gun, that's the only time they called the police....how would you think the episode would have ended if the Evans were to let Cleatus Get Away and NOT call the FBI? SMH

My thought of the episode ending is: Florida and James would have been in Jail and the CPS (children protective services) or willona would have to take the kids.....I guarantee you that, I would be in jailed if I refused to report a family member was at my house after robbing the bank....

I've heard that family is allowed to harbor fugitives without being jailed themselves.

I was told, if you harbor a fugitive fleeing from justice, you could be arrested

I wondered what would have happened if Florida & James let Cleatus get away and did not call the FBI?

The surveillance camera in the bank. Plus any fingerprints left at the scene of the crime.

The FBI had all of Cleatus' info such as his family members' names, and then they go from there trying to establish any relatives such as aunts, uncles, any relative that a fugitive may seek refuge from. If the FBI investigated Cleatus' parents info, they can easily establish their relatives and where they live and go from there.

Did Flo call the police? I thought the FBI went back to the Evans' apartment to use the phone again and that was when J.J. told them that Cleatus had shown up. That's when they saw James holding Cleatus.
