Ryan Seacrest could replace Matt Lauer on Today Show in 2012????
According to TV Guide's dec 19th issue.
NBC executives are exploring the option of hiring Ryan Seacrest to replace Matt lauer on the Today Show. Laurer's contract is up in 2013 and he has yet to make a decision on his future. So viewers may start seeing Seacrest appear on the Today show in 2012 and then transition to Laurer seat in 2013. Seacrest is EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL |

I don't watch Today or American Idol, so I don't really care what the producers do. If he does get an offer and accept, he may have to quit AI since it's filmed in L.A.
