My dad would love that. He's got a whole little similar collection going already. He has a little drumming Christmas bear and a singing snowman... dancing Santa would be right at home at his house.

I wonder if the hat comes off like when Martin found the hat on the balcony when Frasier had apparently thrown it off.

OMG, I just watched this episode a few hours ago and I didn't even get the part about the hat at the end! Hilarious! Now every time I see one of these Santa things, I'm going to start laughing hysterically and I'm sure that people are going to wonder what in the heck is so funny! Obviously they won't be Frasier fans!
