The cast of "Community" has created a mock public-service announcement geared to generating fan support for the NBC comedy, reports TV.com.

The video, posted on CollegeHumor.com, features the actors playing the characters in an ad to "save" Greendale Community College.

Dean Pelton, played by Jim Rash, says in the ad that the school has great things to offer while being "closed" for a few months due to a grease fire, the story notes. Last month, NBC yanked "Community" off the schedule to make room for the return of "30 Rock," as previously reported.
