"American Psycho" Remake in the Works
Noble Jones Tapped To Re-Adapt American Psycho
Dec 8, 2011 EXCLUSIVE: Lionsgate has tapped Noble Jones to adapt and direct a new version of American Psycho based on the Bret Easton Ellis novel that was previously turned into a film in 2000 starring Christian Bale, Variety's Jeff Sneider reports. The project, which has not yet been green-lit at Lionsgate, is currently in development at the studio. Jones, whose only IMDB credit is as the second-unit director for The Social Network, plans a low-budget version that hews closer to Easton Ellis' 1991 satirical tome. http://www.showblitz.com/2011/12/nob...an-psycho.html |
