I know they had cell Phones later on, but when the show first started in 1994 Cell Phones/Mobile Phones were slowly growing and they hadn't really caught on yet and not everybody(Less then half of the US population at that time)had them compare to a decade later in 2004. Cell phones were not popular yet and were just getting started. I was just thinking of the friends episode from Season 3(97) where Monica, Phoebe, Rachel, Chandler and Joey run out of Gas and have to use a Pay Phone to call Ross, If only they had a cell phone they could have just called him, Then just 3 years later(2000)Rachel and Pheobe are fighting over a cell Phone. Anyway My Question is: What was the first Episode of Friends seen with someone on a Cell Phone? When was a cell Phone first seen in a Frineds Episode? It's had be between Season 4-6.
