Default Casting Suggestion: Lana Clarkson as Cindy?

A casting suggestion for the role of Cindy?

How many of you would have favored the late Lana Clarkson (1962-2003), whose most well-known role was in the 1985 cult classic film The Barbarian Queen, over Susan Olsen?

Why do I ask? Both Clarkson and Olsen have blonde hair and blue eyes. But, obviously, Clarkson lacked speech impediment.

What do you think?

Unless Clarkson was up for the role of Cindy I doubt very many people are in favor of her playing the part....especially considering Clarkson didn't get into acting until the early 80's.

I'm also wondering whether or not Lana Clarkson, just after the period in which she was well known for her appearances in many cult films (including the previously mentioned The Barbarian Queen), was considered for the role of Helen on Wings (1990-97, for NBC), before Crystal Bernard ultimately got that part? I mean, who'd want to see Lana play the cello (o' course, we couldn't ask her that since 2/3/03 due to her untimely death that day)?

Seems like an odd question to me. Suppose someone else had gotten the role of Mike Brady, could the show have lasted longer?
