Geez, I feel like I should know some of these without looking it up in the Billboard Book (your source I assume ). The only one I'm pretty sure about is Dionne Warwick--"Don't Make Me Over".

Don't worry,TV on the Porch.You are absolutely 100% correct.Dionne Warwick's first top 40 hit WAS 1963's "Don't Make Me Over".It got to #21 .As for the rest of them,they're VERY hard.And you're right.My source IS The Billboard Book.
