Pickle Juice!!
http://www.thepostgame.com/blog/chom...k-pickle-juice
I used to love drinking pickle juice when I was a kid. It was especially good on those hot summer days. Little did I know that it was more than just a good tasting, thirst-quenching drink; but that I was also drinking a natural energy drink that some athletes would swear by.

Pickle juice contains tons of salt which the body needs to retain fluids on hot sweltering days. A lot of outdoor workers use salt tablets for this purpose. I don't know if pickle juice contains anything else besides salt that would make it beneficial? Does it contain electrolytes and stuff like Gator Ade? Just wondering.
i suppose eating pickles would do the same thing?
