Well, to me, there isn't a whole lot of similarity except for the opening of Knots where you the tinkling chiming which is also heard throughout the Small Wonder theme song. I didn't think the Small Wonder theme here was used until season four. Oh, well. I guess I was wrong. If it was used in 1986 that means Small Wonder and Knots Landing had both of these themes you had link for were composed in the same season. Cool.
