In the episode-"Houseguest", if Florida and James saw Ernie leave the apartment, why

So James and Florida had a empty bed in their room and still went along with the sleep plans as if Ernie was still in the apartment-lol

I'm trying to figure out why was ERNIE getting the KING TREATMENT-lol Damm, if they only had 2 bedrooms while the hell would they ask him to spend the night and give him a bed all to himself

That isn't King Treatment, that is called being a good host. You don't give your houseguest your bed, lay on the sheets, get up out of bed to let them lay on the sheets that you just laid on. That is just nasty LOL. When you let your houseguest sleep in your bed, you're supposed to change all of the linen with fresh clean linen. Why would he want to lay on sheets that James and Florida just got out of? Come on Now.
