They are undeniably a very talented family. In their early years (the early 70's) I think that Donnie's voice was immature and very grating and annoying.(that high pitch)Later on after he matured he was good. I liked him and Marie together.

They are pretty good. Sometimes a little shrill, but they were a talented wholesome bunch for entertaining especially younger generation back in the day, but the whole family really.
I remember that song Marie did on her own called Meet Me in Montana which I always thought was such a beautiful song and makes me want to go to Montana.

I always assumed Donny was doing most of the lead singing until I found out it was Merrill
I am enjoying watching old video clips of The Osmonds on The Andy Williams Show. They were fun and amazing. |

The early barber shop stuffs puts me to sleep. When they changed their image and became a white counterpart to the Jackson 5 is when their talent came out.
"Crazy Horses" and the album its on rocks. Turn it up loud!!!!!!!!! You will surprise yourself. |

I'm still a fan of the Osmonds, even after getting into other types of music. I still have alot of their albums from when I was a kid. My favorite was Merrill and my sis's was Jay. Wayne is one of my FB friends. I saw Marie concert a few years ago, front row!! I would love to go to Branson, MO one of these times to see the brothers perform. I think right now it's Merrill, Wayne, Jay and Jimmy who perform together.
