He heard that my grandma may croak, so he's staying for the week after Thanksgiving.

I do like him but...

...he insisted to stay at a hotel and walk from the hotel to my grandma's apartment (which is a 45 minute walk and it might rain), I may give him a Bus Schedule where he's at because this is America...not Germany!

I also don't like how he says that Charlemagne is German...not French! Because Charlemagne started The Frankish Kingdom which would become France! He started France from the Germanic Tribe The Franks!

Well I do know that Europeans walk a lot! So that will be no big deal to him.

it depends on the neighborhood - if you tried to walk anywhere that far in our town you would definitely get robbed if not shot.
