Was this the same quilt that was on Roseanne's couch during the course of her show?

No, it's not. Roseanne said in an interview that after Roseanne ended she kept the quilt. Of course that is not to say that she couldn't have loaned it to Chuck Lorre and them, after all they had worked together on Roseanne. However, it doesn't appear to be the same quilt that was on the show.
