Nov 11, 2011 by Michael Schneider It's a whole new Malibu beach house on "Two and a Half Men". New owner Walden Schmidt (Ashton Kutcher) has been laying the groundwork for a remodel of Charlie Harper's old digs, even donating the deceased homeowner's famed piano in last week's episode. Now, while Alan (Jon Cryer) sits in a mental institution (after taking on Charlie's persona), Walden is busy putting the finishing touches on his extreme home makeover.
