Appoligises for shamelessness of this posting, but when I found a message board deadicated to the weird, wacky, and wonderful world of game shows, as The Host and Creator of Versus The World: The World's First Online Gameshow I couldn't help myself and just had to pop in and say hello.

Our First Series is lanuching on January 7 2012 and we can't wait to share all the fun with, not only, game show fans, but fans of movies and music and television. Versus the World is played between two people using Skype's Group Video Chat, and the First Series runs weekly for ten weeks. Each game has three rounds and a total of 75 questions (I'm not sure of the Overseas type, but Versus The World has a very Sale of The Century feel to it - Great Australian Gameshow). Each week has a different "Banner" subject, and all the questions relate to it.

The games for the first round of Series One are:

Pro Wrestling
Kiss
Stargate

The winners of the first six games advance to the 3 semi-finals, and the winners of the semi-finals advance to the Grand Final.

We're planning Four Series per year, with the occational one-off or Mini-Series inbetween series', so there will be plenty of chances to play. It costs nothing to play, entry is open to everybody in the English-Speaking world, and we're working to get some sweet prizes together for the show.
