Leave it to the Warlock to cash in on Halloween -- TMZ has learned, the actor has partnered with a massive costume chain to sell Charlie Sheen-themed accoutrements just for All Hallows' Eve ... and they're selling out like crazy.

Sources close to Sheen tell TMZ, Spirit Halloween stores hammered out a deal with both Charlie and Live Nation to obtain all necessary Sheen licenses -- but wouldn't specify on the actor's cut.

People at several stores tell us the mask is an especially hot item -- with several locations currently awaiting new shipments to fill outstanding orders.

No word on sales numbers for the Ashton Kutcher costume.
