Who's your favorite script writer?

I like Paul Haggis who wrote some of the funniest episodes.
The Last Drive-In (probably THE funniest)
Daddy's Girl (the tax man episode)
Cruisin' (more cute than funny)
Dear Apple (the Helen of Troy contest)
3,2,1 (Jo and Blair doing a newscast)
Tootie Drives ("look right, look left, look right, look left")
Atlantic City ("excuse me, Clam Lady")

But I also like Linda Marsh and Margie Peters for some of the most poignant scenes
Double Standard (Jo and Mrs G, Jo and Blair)
Growing Pains (Tootie feels left out and the girls are rotton-selfish)
A Friend in Deed (Blair helping her mom deal with cancer)
Magnificent Obsession (the ultimate sweet Jo and Blair scene at the end)
Best Sister (who wouldn't want to see Jo slug Blair? - and she so deserved it)
Death in the Family (awkward, just like real life)
Seems Like Old Times (Eddie comes back but...)

My all-time favorite episode was by Stephen Neigher who only wrote one episode

I'm just a fan of his to begin with. I love the episodes that he wrote for Square Pegs as well and his books have been funny too. He book The Republican's Handbook was hysterical.

Star at Langley (a movie star enrolls at Langley and goes after Blair's boyfriend)
