The time, back in the good old days of TVLand, when they aired every episode of "The Dick Van Dyke Show"uncut(or did they)and without all those annoying promos for other shows(or did they)at the bottom of the screen ,cluttering up the screen,or the way the show is aired now?I liked it back in the good old days of TVLand, because I've noticed that they have deleted some scenes. How about the rest of you?

But of course! Do you really think anyone is going to prefer the cut-up versions?

I've been watching the DVD Show on TV Land, and I've noticed that the "off the clock" shows, that run about 37 mins real-time, are longer than that 30-min real-time versions. I can't tell for sure, but it would be nice if the 37-min shows at least were uncut.

yes, TV LAND did show them edited, so did NICK AT NITE. And I have no doubt that they're also doing it now.
Like, in some episodes they cut out the tag scene, for instance in "The mysterious thing about women" I always thought that Rob sent that package to the house on purpose, and in "The Sam Pomerintz scandals" it always starts with Rob, Laura, Buddy and Sally walking into the hotel lobby, but there's a scene before that of them all in Robs office, talking about the trip. |
