I was on youtube the other day searching for old episodes of AITF and ran across an old television spot of Carroll O'Connor singing the words to the closing theme "Remembering You"...he actually wrote the words to the melody and its one of the sweetest videos I've ever seen. Just search Carroll O'Connor sings Remembering You....and it should come up.

why didn't you just post the youtube video you are talking about in this thread?

Indeed he did along with Roger Kelloway. The sheet music is included in the book "Archie & Edith, Mike & Gloria". I like the closing theme better than the opening theme, JMHO of course.

I remember that, it was on a 1971 episode of "THE SONNY & CHER COMEDY HOUR" on CBS.

I'm still confused, if we are talking about the closing theme of AITF how did Sonny and Cher get in the discussion? He sung the closing theme on Sonny and Cher as a guest?
