My top choice would be Betty's fellow Golden Girls, but most especially Rue. She and Betty stayed friends for years after GG, and I think she would've done HiC in a heartbeat.

Rue McClanahan is definately the one I wish lived long enough to be on HIC.

Others that come to mind are John Ritter, Mary Wickes, Audrey Meadows, Gale Gordon, and of course, Lucy.
