His "designated driver".Anyway,he can't see or have any visits with his daughter,or she him(not even if she wants to).And the mother says he's a good father.Any comments?

i have alot to say, but i don't feel like going through world war 3 today over my opinion, so i will just say this. What he did was idiotic, and at this point in time, i wholeheartedly agree with the courts. Hope though that this was an isolated incident, and that he one day will be reunited with his daughter. As for now, this is clearly the best thing. The dude obviously needs some help now. That should be his number one priority at this point.
