Angry Clothes lie

Do you ever notice the clothes or shoes you buy are not always the size they are supposed to be ? Maybe they are using the metric system now or something. In the old days, all you had to do was look at the size tag on the pants you have on and get that same size. Now you are forced to try on multiple pair to find the right size. I bought a pair of shoes a month ago, the right shoe fit perfect but the left shoe was tight as hell. I knew my feet are the same size so I set the shoes on my table and lined them up, sure enough, one shoe was smaller than the other.Since I am not the kind to take things back to the store, I limped around for a few weeks till my foot busted open the seams of the shoe. I said fk it and went back to wearing my old pair.

The sizes of clothes and shoes seem to be based on the brand, company, etc. who makes it. It can be frustrating when you pick up a size and think it will fit and it doesn't. Sometimes a pair of pants, shorts or a shirt will run a size smaller or a size bigger than what you usually get. I know what it's like with shoes as well. It's frustrating to have one shoe fit just right and the other shoe is either a little too tight or a little too loose. I hate shoe shopping.

I just went through this a few weeks ago with a pair of dress pants from Dollar General. They were a 34 (my waist size). I got them home and they were too tight. Now I have bought other pairs of jeans from there and some that were 34's were baggy.

Whe i first read this i thought you meant that clothes lie, in that, people who wear baggy clothes are sometimes very intelligent, that kind of thing. lol

In regards to what you are saying though, iv'e noticed that too. For me it's mostly with shoes. i wear size 10, but sometimes i have to wear size 11's, or even 9 and a half's. It's weird how one size 10 can be too big, then you get another brand and it's too little. i use to just think maybe me feet had swollen or something.

The only reason that I even wear clothes, is to keep from going to jail.
That said, when I eat at a restaurant, I'm always glad that the person to use the booth before me was wearing pants.

Dude, many of the best cotton T shirts I found over the years was from Goodwill, more upscale than Salvation.....

Most new crap is Made in China as we know.
