That Margaret's father(the late Andrew Duggan),who was strictly G.I. and more by the book than Burns,(he did NOT like Hawkeye,B.J.OR Col.Potter(who set him straight about Margaret later on) ,would have actually LIKED Frank? No.Respected him,,like he did Col.Potter,Hawkeye and B,J,Yes,but LIKED him?No.
No I don't think Howitzer Al Houlihan would have like Frank Burns. Howitzer Al was G.I. through and through and while Frank calaimed to be a by the book Army surgeon he was at heart selfish and cowardly and Margaret's Dad would have seen right through him.
