Default I find it strange that there are no episodes of this show on youtube

No one episode or no scenes from any episode. All the Jeffersons episodes are on youtube along with All in the Family, Archies Bunkers place, good times, sanford and son and Laverne and Shirley

why the hell no three's company?-lol

Youtube probably took them down. Since Google took over youtube they have been policing a lot more. Also some companies, for example Viacom are adamant about their stuff being on youtube, they are quick to take their stuff down.

There are strict policies of not having full episodes or even clips on YouTube. Some distributors sweep YouTube daily to see if there are any violators. DLT Entertainment, who owns Three's Company, is one of them. Warner Bros. also does daily checks. If you want to watch episodes watch them in a legal way on TV or DVD.

Production companies are not going to allow illegal clips just to make this message board active. And if there were episodes on YouTube, it wouldn't make this message board more active.

The companies that own these shows and are trying to sell them could care less about how active the message boards are. They just want to be able to sell their product. And when their product is up (illegally) on Youtube for free views, their sales are zero.

I find it interesting that a 30 something year old show like Three's Company are more heavily moderated than shows currently on the air. You'll see fan videos with clips all over the place of newer shows, but for Three's Company it's like pulling teeth. DLT is extremely strict about it. Bummer.

Although, in the future, these companies are just going to have to learn to deal with it. More and more content is available online and that's just the way it is.
