Hi all,
There was one case where a guy escaped from custody (I think?) and then got on a bus. Officers were coming close to the bus and he panicked and ran off the bus and was caught - he likely would've gotten away if he had stayed on the bus. Does anyone know the name of this case? I believe there was a clip of him trying to escape from his cell (scraping the bar) and officers using surveillance noticed him. He was very good at escaping. Any help would be greatly appreciated! |

I believe it was Louis Bourgeuois the partner of Jean Marie Gagnon.
As an aside there is a scene of a man being arrested by police as he is turning down an alley featured in a montage used in the introduction of the show. For years I thought this scene was taken from this segment where Louis Bourgeuois was captured. However upon further inspection I discovered that it was not. In fact to this day I'm still unsure where this scene comes from. My best guess is that is an unused scene from the Gus Hoffman segment that was cast aside once John Stelle was captured prior to the segment airing. |
