I've just created this last one in a few minutes. It's as simple as...

1) calling up one of these images in paint, saving it under a new name (so you don't loose the original),

2) add a shape over the text (rectangle), to cover the text, use the paint fill if you need to fill over the text,

3) leave this open, find an image you want to use and open it in paint

4) Use the image selector tool which is a "dashed box" tool to drag it over the image or portion of the image you want to use.

5) Click on the COPY button

6) Go back to the motivational poster you are working with and click PASTE

7) Move the image into the place, over the existing image. Resize your image if needed - USING THE CORNER TO RESIZE so you don't distort the image by resizing only one element - height or width.

8) cover exposed edges of the unwanted images if it shows - use the line draw in black to take those edges out

9) Add the text you want - you can choose the color (white) and font you want.
