Which UM cases do you think are already "solved", meaning the perpetrator has been caught but the victims or law enforcement don't know it? Here are mine:
"Debbie"-His profile gives the appearance of someone who has committed several crimes before. Odds are his luck has ran out by now. He unwisely left behind crucial evidence in Debbie's car, so he probably repeated his mistakes again and landed in prison this time. Phillip Fraser-I strongly believe Michael Wayne McGray is the hitchhiker Phillip crossed paths with that fateful day. Tara Calico-I'm not 100% for sure, but I think most likely, the woman in the eerie photo isn't Tara. I think she either was one of the many unidentified victims of David Parker Ray, or as the local Sheriff in her hometown said, accidentally killed then buried. Patricia Meehan-The British Columbia Jane Doe remains found in Robert Pickton's posession looks strikingly similar to Patricia. |

many people believe Ronald Glenn West is the Blind River rest stop killer, though that hasn't been officially solved.
I think I might know who was responsible for some of the Ohio truck driver slayings, though after rsearching the case he couldn't have done all of them. thats all i can think of off the top of my head. |

Dwayne McCorkendale: I believe his killer or killers were probably desperate drug addicts and would either be dead now or in jail for other crimes.
Connecticut River Valley Killer: Jane Boroski believes that the man who attacked her and was possibly responsible for the deaths of the other victims is the deceased Michael Nicholau, but unfortunately, it seems like LE has really botched this investigation, lost crucial evidence and are unable to confirm this via DNA. I-70 Killer: I really don't believe this guy would have stopped killing unless he was killed or incarcerated for another crime. Molly Bish: I have little doubt her killer is Rodney Stanger, who is currently incarcerated for another murder, since he resembles the composite sketch perfectly. Nicqui McCown: Tommy Swint is considered the most likely suspect in her disappearance, but he committed suicide before he could be indicted of another murder. Amy Bechtel: Rumours have abounded that Dale Wayne Eaton, who is currently on death row for Lisa Kimmel's murder, might have had something to do with her disappearance, but this has never been confirmed. Jill & Julie Hansen: Well, we all know who their likely killer was, but unfortunately, he already went to trial and was acquitted, so he will never face justice for the crime. The only hope they have now of "officially" solving this case is if accomplices are discovered to have been involved. |

A few come to mind -
The murderer of Jay Cook and Tanya Van Culenborg. The authorities seemed to think the perp had already served time. I would imagine his luck would eventually run out if he continued his criminal behavior and he may very well be in prison for another crime or has since passed away. There have been a few suspects proposed who may be good for this crime and who also fit the criteria of being dead or incarcerated. Donald Eugene Webb - I think the FBI concluded and announced a few years back that it was likely that Webb was deceased. Boston Shopping Mall Rapist - the rapes stopped pretty abruptly, possibly as a result of publicity generated by the UM broadcast. I think the guy probably ended up in jail for another, unrelated crime, died, or became incapacitated somehow. It's unlikely he would just decide to hang it up and retire. The murderer of Scott Johnson - the suspect was serving time for an unrelated crime according to a prison informant. Blind River Rest Stop killer - probably incarcerated. I think there is a very good suspect in the case, Ronald Glen West, who is currently serving time on unrelated murder charges. |

I can't remember the officer's name. But I do wonder how Webb managed to dissapear without being found if he was dying. |
