Confused Where in the World is Topher Grace?!? What Killed His Career?

During his run on That 70's show, Topher became a big star. So much so, he eventually decided to leave the FOX sitcom and make movies. What has happened since that time?!?

It seems all of the cast has moved on to other projects, except Topher Grace. Why is that? Mila Kunis is becoming a movie star, Ashton has 'Two & A Half Men,' Laura Prepon has the NBC comedy "Are you there Vodka?," Wilmer has 'Awake' a midseason drama, & Danny Masterson was just cast on a TBS comedy pilot. Even Debra Jo Rupp & Kurtwood Smith have been very busy...

Cool

I think Topher's mistake was in leaving "That 70's Show" before the end of it's run. First of all based on relatively few movie roles I think he over estimated his status as a movie actor. Secondly by leaving "That 70's Show" for a movie career he sent out the message (whether it's true or not) that he was no longer interested in being on television.

Excellent post Marv, now he is nowhere to be found! Which, in all honesty, is such a shame...

He needs to get himself a sitcom over at CBS or ABC. He's very likeable, but I don't think he's a big enough star for movies.

He's making a movie with Robert DeNiro, Susan Sarandon, Robin Williams and several other big name actors. It's due in theaters sometime next year.

Ironic that Ashton is now the highest paid actor on TV, while Topher has pretty much vanished. Ashton is way over-paid but I guess the show makes huge money. I see both actors as talented yet pretty limited and they need to play against type more.

I always thought Topher was the best actor on the show. He can convincingly play a good guy or a bad guy. I'm sure his time will come.

I like Topher, and I hope he can make a comeback, either on television or in the movies...

Is anyone underpaid in show business? I'd like to know the lowest wage stars. Other than ? stage actors tell me others.
